Abstract

El proyecto Manzana Comercial Fundadores surge a partir de las problemáticas investigadas y encontradas en el sitio actual y su contexto. Busca reestructurar las condiciones urbanas del sitio con implicaciones arquitectónicas basadas en investigaciónes y estudios dentro del lugar. El proyecto tienen como enfoque el mejoramiento de las condiciones economicas, sociales, culturales y de vivienda. Busca la reactivación de las actividades sociales y economicas generando así una mejora en desarrollo urbano. En otro ámbito se implementan estrategias para las seguridad del lugar generando así vivenda el cual ayude ar reactivar el sitio. El conjunto de estrategías y su desarrollo hacen que se regrese la identidad del lugar y generen cultura y mejora de vida para los visitantes y habitantes del predio y su contecto.

It seeks to restructure the urban conditions of the site with architectural implications based on research and studies within site. The project focuses on improving economic, social, cultural, and housing conditions. It seeks the reactivation of social and economic activities, thus improving urban development. In another area, strategies are implemented for the security of the place, thus generating housing that helps to reactivate the site. The set of strategies and their development return to the identity of the place and generate culture and improve life for visitors and inhabitants of the property and its context.
